"Good Deal When the Promos Line Up"
I usually order from 1800PetMeds when they have a coupon code or free shipping going on. Most of the time the prices are better than what my vet charges, though it’s still worth checking because that’s not always the case. The website is easy to use, and ordering is straightforward. I’m giving 4 stars because some of the promos come with odd restrictions, so you do have to read the fine print before assuming it’s a great deal.

My order came through fine in the end, but there was a bit of a delay because they had to contact my vet twice. I get that they need to verify everything, and I’d rather have it handled properly than rushed, but I wasn’t expecting it to take as long as it did. Overall, it worked out, just something to keep in mind if you need your order quickly.

I looked around a bit and 1800PetMeds was cheaper for the same meds my dog uses. Shipping was fine. Just nice not feeling like I’m paying too much every month.

I ordered flea meds for my dog and they worked really well. He stopped scratching after a couple days, and I haven’t seen any fleas since. It’s the same medicine my vet gave us before, just way easier to get. No issues at all

I had a little issue where my dog’s medication order wasn’t showing the right shipping info, so I gave them a call. The person I spoke with was really nice and looked into it while I was still on the phone. It got sorted out quickly, which was a relief because I kind of thought it might turn into a whole thing. The package showed up a couple days later, so overall I’d say they handled it well.

I’ve ordered pet meds online before and have had boxes show up dented or with stuff leaking, so I was relieved when my 1800petmeds order arrived in really good condition. Everything was packed neatly, nothing was crushed, and the box itself was clean. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and don’t really have any complaints

I ordered flea meds for my dog and was a little nervous the expiration dates might be too close?? But they showed up with plenty of time left, which was a big relief since I don’t use them all right away. Shipping was totally fine too. No complaints here — I’d definitely order from 1800PetMeds again.

I’ve ordered from 1800petmeds a handful of times now for my dog’s flea medicine and heartworm stuff, and it’s been smooth. I haven’t noticed any sketchy charges or anything weird with my info, which is always something I’m a little cautious about. They also check with the vet for the prescription, so that kind of makes me feel better. Shipping wasn’t super fast or anything, just normal, and everything showed up sealed like it should. The site is easy enough to use, so yeah, I trust them so far.
